The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has extended the last date for stakeholders to submit their feedback on the comprehensive review of the existing Chartered Accountancy Scheme of Education and Training. As announced by the Board of Studies (Academic), ICAI, the deadline for submitting feedback has now been extended from the earlier date to 31 August 2026.
The extension has been announced in continuation of ICAI’s 31 July 2026 announcement concerning the review of the existing education and training framework for Chartered Accountancy. Stakeholders who were unable to provide their suggestions or feedback earlier can now participate in the consultation process until the extended deadline.
Feedback can be submitted online through the dedicated ICAI consultation portal: https://cretfeedback.icai.org/.
The Group on Academics of CRET and Board of Studies (Academic), ICAI has encouraged all stakeholders to actively participate in the consultation process and provide their views and suggestions. The feedback is intended to support the ongoing review and contribute towards shaping the future framework of Chartered Accountancy education and training in India.
