The Income Tax Department has enabled the online filing facility for Income Tax Return (ITR-6) for Assessment Year (AY) 2026-27 on the income tax e-filing portal. Eligible companies can now submit their ITR-6 electronically for the relevant assessment year.
Taxpayers are advised to ensure that all required financial, income, deduction and tax-related information is accurately reported before submitting the return. Companies should also verify the relevant details and supporting information to avoid errors or discrepancies during the filing process.
