Partners Profile:

1. Mosim Patel 

Mosim is a graduate in Commerce and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also completed Diploma in Management Accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA), UK and Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI.
 
He is having 10 years of total experience in Financial Reporting using IFRS and Indian GAAP.
He has sound knowledge of FRS, UK Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP, and as results he is more engaged in providing bookkeeping outsourcing services to UK & Singapore Accountants and tax advisors. 

He is having experience in International taxation includes Transfer Pricing and having knowledge of Base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS). His expertise also includes Direct & Indirect Taxation including Preparing and Filing VAT/GST Returns, Self Assessment and Corporate Tax Returns, Filing appeal and handling assessment with Regulatory Authorities including Transfer Pricing assessment and Scrutiny.
He setup foreign subsidiaries of UK, USA in India for the clients and handled accounting & statutory compliances with Indian Regulatory Authorities.
 
 
2. Sabir Shaikh

 
Sabir is a graduate in Commerce and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an occasional speaker and help students in their career counseling.He has also cleared 3 Modules of CS final from The Institute of Company Secretary of India.
 
He is having 11 years of experience in Industry in areas of Finance, Risk Based Internal Audit, Legal, Secretarial, Appeal & Hearing Sales and Income Tax, Procurement and SOP Preparation and Implementation. His has indentified fraud during his Internal audit period and also assisted clients in saving crores of INR in procurement areas. He has independently handles corporate clients which reputes top in national and International market. He also worked on compliance framework preparation of Payment Gateway Company. He has worked in Compliance part relating to IPO & Listing the company in Indian Stock Exchange. He also arranges funding for the clients through Secured & unsecured loan and equity financing as per RBI and other regulatory requirements. He is also occasional speaker on career guidance to the aspirant students.
