The DGTR, in its final findings dated 28th April, 2026, concluded that the subject goods were being exported to India at dumped prices, causing material injury to the domestic industry. Based on these findings, the Central Government has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on the specified imports to protect the domestic industry from the adverse impact of dumped imports. The duty shall be applicable as per the rates and conditions specified in the notification for the respective producers, exporters and countries of origin. CA Sansaar
