More than 4 crore Income Tax Returns (ITRs) have been filed for Assessment Year 2026–27.
The Income Tax Department has advised taxpayers eligible to file ITR-1 and ITR-2 to submit their returns early through the official e-filing portal and avoid last-minute difficulties ahead of the July 31, 2026 deadline. CA Sansaar
