The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducted its convocation ceremonies concurrently at 23 centres across India, marking the formal enrolment of 8,964 newly qualified Chartered Accountants.
Membership Certificates were presented to the newly enrolled CAs at ceremonies organised in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Pune, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Guwahati, Ghaziabad, Indore, Lucknow, Jaipur, Ranchi, Raipur, Chandigarh and Ludhiana.
The New Delhi ceremony was inaugurated by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Law and Justice and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs.
The Delhi event was attended by CA Prasanna Kumar D, President of ICAI, CA Mangesh Kinare, Vice-President of ICAI, along with members of the ICAI Central and Regional Councils.
The convocation ceremonies marked the formal recognition of the newly enrolled members and their entry into the Chartered Accountancy profession. CASansaar
